We want you to love your JuliaSkinCo showerhead. If something isn't right, we've made returns simple.
30-Day Free Returns
You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free for customers in the continental United States — we'll provide a prepaid return label.
To start a return, email admin@juliaskinco.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.
Eligibility
To qualify for a free 30-day return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the original delivery date
- In the original packaging where possible (we understand the showerhead has likely been installed — that's fine)
- Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
We accept returns of installed and used showerheads — if it didn't work for you, we want to make it right.
Final Sale Items
All items purchased on sale, with a discount code marked "final sale," or during promotional events designated as final sale at checkout are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes seasonal sales, bundle promotions, clearance items, and any product whose listing specifies "final sale." Please review your cart carefully before completing a sale purchase.
Subscription Filters
Filters delivered as part of an active subscription are not individually returnable once shipped, but you can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to prevent future shipments. See our Terms and Conditions Section 6 for full subscription details.
Unopened filters from your initial showerhead purchase may be returned within the 30-day window as part of your original order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us at admin@juliaskinco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item at no cost — no return required in most cases.
For defects discovered after 7 days but within our warranty period, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and issue your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
International Returns
For international orders, please contact us at admin@juliaskinco.com before returning any items. We will work with you on return logistics. Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
