SHIPPING POLICY

We ship from a fulfillment center in the United States and aim to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped the next business day after they're placed. During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, promotional events), processing may take up to 3 business days. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer and may incur additional shipping charges shown at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs duties and import taxes are covered by us. You will not be charged additional fees by your local customs authority upon delivery — what you see at checkout is what you pay. If your local carrier or customs office attempts to charge you import fees, please contact us at admin@juliaskinco.com with documentation and we will resolve it.

International orders typically take 7–14 business days to arrive after shipping, depending on destination and customs processing in your country.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account at juliaskinco.com/account. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your confirmation.

Delivery Issues

Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier. If the package is still missing after 3 business days, contact us at admin@juliaskinco.com and we'll work with the carrier to investigate. Claims must be initiated within 14 days of the marked delivery date.

Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage to both the product and the shipping packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

Refused or unclaimed packages: If an international package is refused or unclaimed at customs and returned to us, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Subscription Shipments

Subscription replacement filters ship automatically every 90 days using the address on file with your account. You can update your shipping address at any time before your next ship date by logging into your account.
